FF MF MM Shaped Rubber Shock Absorber
Damping characteristics of rubber:
The reason why rubber shock absorbers are so widely used is that they effectively use the following characteristics of rubber:
1. Rubber has high elasticity and viscoelasticity;
2. Compared with the steel material, the rubber's deformation is large and its modulus is small;
3. The impact stiffness of rubber is greater than the dynamic stiffness, and the dynamic stiffness is greater than the static stiffness, which is conducive to reducing the impact deformation and dynamic deformation;
4, rubber shape can be freely chosen, hardness can be adjusted by formula design, can meet the requirements of different directions of stiffness and strength.
When we choose the shock absorber, we should first understand its characteristics, and then through the environment to choose, the characteristics of rubber shock absorber is that its shape can be designed according to demand, hardness is adjustable, provide greater damping ratio than the spring, shear, tensile, compressive, installation is simpler.
